Spare parts department is a part of the successful MCV AfterSales team; we offer premium service to our valued customers. 95 highly qualified employees are working in the different sections of the Spare Parts Department: Domestic Sales, Export Sales, Stock control, Logistics and Warehousing. Our AfterSales distribution network lies from Egyptian North Coast, next to Alexandria, unto the very Upper Egypt, next to Luxor and Aswan, in Aga – Delta , Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh passing by our main branch located in Obour, Cairo, which is operating 24/7. A part of our development plan to this distribution network has already been launched: Shobra Branch, through which we aim at providing all our customers needs. We are also in the process of building a Central Warehouse on area of 6,000 squared meters (that will serve as a Central Logistics Center) for all sales channels to ensure maximum availability and improved Logistics performance. In order to serve the local demand we have a large store for spare parts in the “Free Zone” in ElAmirya, Alexandria that serves as a hub for all the export markets to facilitate and speed up the process of delivery to serve our customers best. We are offering a complete solution for our customers’ various needs. Therefore we acquired the agency from the Italian company "Farid" for manufacturing cleaning equipments that are installed on vehicles (such as garbage collection equipment), in order to serve the running fleets in Egypt.
