MCV Academy is announcing its graduate development program that aims to develop & qualify the promising fresh graduates, by providing them with the needed technical experience to practice job duties & responsibilities, on the other side supporting them with the needed non- technical trainings that enable them to be professional & competent employees. 

MCV-GDP is designed to cover 8 professional tracks, each track consists of technical training, on job training, & non-technical trainings required for the job it-self. The required duration to fulfill all trainings is based on each track.

Export Spare Parts Sales Executive (2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and negotiating with the foreign customers providing them with parts needed
  • Receiving customer’s enquiries and identify the parts using different methods as EPC, BPC.
  • Checking the availability of the required parts and issue the quotations and parts sales orders based on the agreed criteria for each zone and each customer.
  • Setting up the pricing criteria, discounts and payment terms for each customer based on the agreed margins.
  • Perform sales and purchasing operations, parts identification, inquiries as well as negotiate with the customers to confirm the shipping modes, logistics and payment terms.
  • Providing the needed parts technical support to the customers especially for the new MCV products.
  • Contacting with the technology and technical departments in some parts identifications.
  • Follow up the catalogues updates especially for the new products.
  • Negotiating with fleet owners and setting up agreed criteria to enhance the market share and the parts business flow.

  • Follow up the maintenance in the workshop. 
  • Provide field operations support to customers in accordance to the terms of the customer contract.

  • Have to ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quality group in evaluation and improvement of product dimensional reports
  • Support the Program management group in evaluation of new work and tooling
  • Program tracking and follow up of new program tooling scheduled for facility
  • Evaluate existing tooling and develop in source plans for tools moving to facility 
  • Support all tooling launch activities
  • Project leader for all tooling related engineering changes
  • Lead individuals and team meetings when implementing engineering changes, improvements, and major repairs
  • Tool and Die support during on-line troubleshooting and implementation of corrective actions
