Job Description:
- Implement appropriate action to ensure the best image and market share.
- Lead and motivate the divisional team to achieve agreed results and consistently improve the quality.
- Control the pricing of individual bids to optimize volume/contribution in line with business targets.
- Control the department expenses.
Job Qualifications:
- Holding a university degree, preferably engineering with a technical background in heavy, medium trucks and buses or any other knowledge.
- 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Perfect command of English language.
- Familiar with computer applications.
- High ability to plan and lead sales team.
- Full awareness of budgeting, management skills and markets related to the automotive industry.
